梗阻性大肠癌急诊根治性手术回顾分析

目的:探讨大肠癌肿瘤性梗阻急诊Ⅰ期手术治疗可行性及并发症的防治。方法:回顾性分析47例大肠癌并肠梗阻病人Ⅰ期根治性手术临床资料,总结手术近期并发症的发生情况及处理。结果:47例病人均Ⅰ期根治,Ⅰ期吻合41例;Ⅱ期吻合6例,无围手术期死亡病例。发生吻合口瘘2例(4.2%),腹腔脓肿7例(14.91%),伤口感染11例(20.4%),肺部感染6例(12.8%)。结论:梗阻性大肠癌的Ⅰ期根治性手术安全可行,积极治疗有助于控制肿瘤发展。

Emergency Operation of Obstructive Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To explore the feasibility of one-stage operation to cure acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma and preventive ways of the complications.Methods The clinical material of 47 patients of colorectal carcinoma was analyzed retro spectively and the treatment of the complications was explored.Results In the 47 patients,no one died in the period of perioperation and the postoperative complications included anastomotic leakage(2 cases),abdominal abscess(7 cases),wound infection(11 cases) and pneumonia(6 cases).Conclusion One-stage operation to cure colorectal carcinoma with obstruction is safe and feasible.
