螺旋CT诊断闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的临床价值

目的探讨螺旋CT平扫对闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤的诊断价值。方法对51例经手术、临床证实且术前CT资料完整的闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤患者进行回顾性分析。所有病例均未口服造影剂及增强扫描。结果51例中，肠壁增厚27例，肠壁血肿5例，腹腔或腹膜后游离气体15例，肠系膜血肿11例，肠系膜脂肪渗出19例，肠袢间或肠系膜周围积液28例，腹腔游离积液31例，肠管扩张积液3例及胃扩张3例等。CT诊断符合率为90．2％。讨论螺旋CT平扫能快速、准确地诊断闭合性肠及肠系膜损伤，对治疗方案的选择有重要的临床价值。

The clinical value of CT in diagnosis of blunt bowel and mesenteric trauma
