老老年膀胱造痿局部换药方法的临床效果分析

目的探讨老老年膀胱造瘘开放性换药的疗效。方法对34例老老年膀胱造痿期患者采取开放性换药,对比传统换药方法与开放性换药方法前后患者各项指标的变化情况。结果患者漏尿及时发现率高,患者的瘘口感染、堵管、局部皮肤瘙痒、漏尿有显著性减少（P〈0.05）。结论膀胱造瘘患者开放性换药能减轻病人痛苦,减轻医务人员工作量,减少病人医疗费用,适合于医院及家庭护理模式的开展。

Analysis of Clinical Effect on the Method of Local Dressin to The Old-old Cystostomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect on the old-old cystostomy open dressing.Methods 34 cases of old-old patients with cystostomy made to take an open dressing,compared to conventional dressing methods and open-dressing method of the indicators in patients before and after the changes.Results To detect leakage of urine in patients with high rates of fistula in patients with infections,blocked tube,local skin itching,urinary leakage was significantly reduced（P0.05）。Conclusion Cystostomy in patients with open-medication can alleviate the suffering of patients,reducing the workload of medical staff to reduce the medical costs of patients suitable for hospital and home care related work.
