戊二醛复方消毒剂性能的试验观察

戊二醛复方消毒剂含戊二醛及中草药黄柏,黄芩浓缩液,原液含戊二醛2259mg/L（pH4.60）。对其杀灭微生物效果、稳定性和毒性进行了试验观察。结果,含戊二醛500mg/L的该消毒剂溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用3min和5min,含戊二醛1500mg/L者对白色念珠菌作用3min,杀灭率均≥99.90％;杀菌效果随戊二醛含量、作用时间增加而增强,因有机物存在而减弱。该剂置54℃下14d,戊二醛含量下降率为4.07％,pH由4.60降至4.30。该剂对小鼠LD50>10000mg/kg（体重）;对家兔急性眼刺激积分指数为3,皮肤刺激积分为0。该剂属实际无毒、无刺激性物质。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON PROPERTIES OF COMPOUND DISINFECTANT OF GLUTARALDEHYDE

The compound disinfectant of glutaraldehyde contains glutaraldehyde and concentrated extracts of Chinese herbal medicines Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Scutellariae. Its stock solution contains glutaraldehyde 2 259 mg/ L (pH 4.60). Its germicidal efficacy, stability and loxicity were observed experimentally. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to its solution containing glutaraldehyde 500 mg/ L for 3 min and 5 min respectively and Candida albicans exposed to its solution containing glutaraldehyde 1 500 mg/ L for 3 min were ≥>99.90%. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing glutaraldehyde content and prolonging exposure time, while its efficacy decreased in presence of organic substance. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, its glutaraldehyde content decreased by 4.07% and its pH decreased from 4.60 to 4.30. Its LD50 for mice was > 10 000 mg / kg (body weight). Its rabbit acute eye irritation score was 3 and rabbit skin irritation score was 0. This disinfectant actually belongs to nontoxic and nonirritalive substance.
