三维交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折

目的结合胫骨中下段骨折及三维交锁髓内钉结构特点,探讨三维交锁髓内钉在胫骨中下段骨折中的临床应用与疗效。方法2007年6月～2009年2月应用三维交锁钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折16例。结果16例随访4-16月,平均10月,骨折均骨性愈合。愈合时间10-24周,平均15周 按Johner-Wruhs评分标准：优10例,良5例,可1例,优良率93.8%。结论三维交锁钉能治疗胫骨中下段骨折,提高骨折固定稳定性,减少手术并发症,提高骨折愈合率,是一种良好选择。

Methods To treat the middle and lower segment fractures in 16 cases by using three-dimensional from June 2007 to February 2009. Results 6 cases of follow-up of 4-16 months, an average of 10 months, and bone fractures all reach bone healing. Healing time of from 10 to 24 weeks, an average of 15 weeks; According to the Johner-Wruhs score criteria, there are 10 cases of excellent, good in 5 cases, common in 1 case, and the excellent rate of 93.8%. Conclusion The method of treating the middle and lower segment fractures by using three-dimensional interlocking intramedullary nailing can reduce surgery complications and improve the rate of fracture healing and is a good choice.
