摘    要:目的:了解效验工作能力指数(WAI)中文版的可信度和有效度。方法:对500名不同职业人群进行工作能力指数调查,使用测信度、半信度的方法进行信度检验,工作能力指数调查表中各条目间的一致性检验及职业人群不同背景资料与WAI的关系进行效度检验。结果:信度检验表明重复调查的WAI得分组内相关系数为0.83,分半信度具有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。效度检验表明各条目之间一致性较好。结论:工作能力指数表(WAI)中文版具有较好的可信度与有效度。

Abstract:[Objective] To test the reliability and validity of Work Ability Index (WAI) in Chinese version. [Methods] 500 persons with different professions were investigated with questionnaires of WAI in Chinese version. 40 of them were investigated repeatedly in two months' period. Reliability and validity of WAI and coherence among items were determined with test- retest reliability. [Results] Internal class correlative coefficient (ICC) was 0.83 in test- retest reliability. There was the atatistically significance in half- test reliability ( P <0.0l). The validity test showed good coherence among items. [Conclusion] Work Ability Index (WAI) in Chinese version showed good reliability and validity.
