对妇科病人艾滋病性病“知识-态度-行为”调查分析

目的]了解妇科门诊病人对艾滋病性病的相关知识-态度-行为情况。方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷对我院妇科285例门诊病人进行了相关调查。结果]被调查人群对艾滋病性病的主要传播途径掌握较好,但对于艾滋病性病仍然存在一些错误的认知,仅有25.26%的调查者认为自己有必要预防艾滋病性病,10.18%调查对象会与艾滋病患者继续交往,73.33%调查者知道安全套预防艾滋病性病的作用,仅有3.16%调查者接受过HIV检测。结论]妇科门诊病人为艾滋病性病重要健康教育人群,也是容易受到艾滋病性病侵犯的目标人群。

Analysis of Knowledge-attitude-practice about AIDS and STD among 285 outpatients of gynaecology

Objective]To study the knowledge-attitude-behavior towards AIDS and STD among outpatients of gynaecology in Deqing,Zhejiang.Methods:285 outpatients of gynaecology in Deqing People's Hospital were investigated by medical staffs.Results]The outpatients have a high level of knowledge of the main transimission route of AIDS and STD,but they still have some error consciousness towards AIDS and STD.Only 25.26% people consider the control work is related with themselves.Only 10.18% people show they will continue their normal conduct with AIDS patient.73.33% people know the effect of prevention of STD of condoms.And only 3.16% people have had HIV blood test before.Conclusion:outpatients of gynaecology were target population of Health education towards AIDS/STD,they are also vulnerable for acquiring STD/AIDS.Improving their will to accept condom using and HIV blood test will be greatly heightened AIDS/STD control work level.
