宫腹腔镜联合诊治女性不孕症的临床效果

目的探讨宫腹腔镜对女性不孕患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月在中山市黄圃人民医院接受治疗的女性不孕患者136例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组予以宫腔镜治疗,观察组予以宫腹腔镜联合治疗,观察患者临床疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,观察组治疗后卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)水平降低幅度较对照组明显,雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平升高幅度大于对照组(P0.05);随访发现观察组宫内妊娠率高于对照组(P0.05);观察组手术时间较对照组长,住院费用高于对照组(P0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合治疗女性不孕效果优于宫腔镜治疗,可以有效改善患者体内激素水平,且术后宫内妊娠率显著提高,但是会延长住院时间并增加治疗费用,因此临床上应根据患者疾病情况选择合适的治疗方案。

Clinical effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of female infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of female infertility. Methods Selected 136 female infertility patients who accepted the treatment between January 2010 and January 2013 in Zhongshan City Huangpu People＆#39;s Hospital,all cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group of 68 cases, cases in control group accepted hysteroscope therapy,while cases in observation group accepted hysteroscope combined with laparoscope therapy, clinical effect were recorded in both groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group, the follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone after operation in observation group were significantly lower than control group,the ascending rang of E2 in observation was higher than control group（P〈0. 05）. A higher intrauterine pregnancy rate was found in observation group than control group through follow-up（P〈0. 05）. The operation time was longer and the hospitalization expense was higher in observation group than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Clinical effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope is better than hysteroscope to treat female＆amp;nbsp;infertility,but it may prolong the hospitalization time and increase treatment expense,a suitable therapeutic scheme should be chosen according to the practical situation.
