人工流产术后即服妈富隆的临床观察

目的观察人工流产术后口服妈富隆的临床效果。方法选择2011年11月至2012年11月在中山市南朗医院行人工流产术的健康早孕受术者200例,随机分成两组,治疗组(100例)于人工流产术后当日即口服妈富隆,1片/d,连用21 d,新生化颗粒按常规服用。对照组(100例)于术后当天开始仅按常规口服新生化颗粒。结果治疗组出血量少、出血时间短、月经恢复时间快,子宫内膜修复快,重复流产率低,盆腔炎、宫腔粘连等并发症少(P0.05)。结论人工流产术后口服妈富隆能减少阴道流血量,缩短流血时间,降低重复流产率,加快月经恢复时间,促进月经正常,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of taking marvelon after induced abortion

Objective To explore the clinical observation of taking Marvelon after induced abortion. Methods 200 healthy pregnant women were selected to perform induced abortion in Nanlang Hospital from November 2011 to November 2012. All cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group（ 100 cases） took Marve]on after induced abortion at the same day, 1 piece per day, and last for 21 days with new biological particles for routine use. The controll group （100 cases） only took new biological particles for routine use at the day of induced abortion. Results It＇ s found that less bleeding amount, shorter time of bleeding, menstruation recovery and endometrial repair in the treatment group, it＇ s also found lower rate of repeating abortion and lower incidence of complications of pelvic inflammatory disease and intrauterine adhesions in the treatment group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Taking Marvelon after induced abortion is worthy of being widely applied in clinic, which can decreases amount of vaginal bleeding, time of bleeding and menstruation recovery, rate of repeated abortion and incidence of the postoperative complications.
