超导可视联合米索前列醇用于初孕妇无痛人工流产术的临床观察

目的探讨超导可视联合米索前列醇用于初孕妇无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法选取扎兰屯市人民医院2010年9月至2011年9月自愿实行人工流产术的孕6~10周初孕妇160例,采用完全随机分组方式,将受术者分为超导可视联合米索前列醇无痛人工流产组(观察组)和只进行超导可视无痛人工流产组(对照组),每组各80例。观察宫颈扩张效果、手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症等指标。结果观察组宫颈完全松弛有效率高于对照组(P0.05);观察组出血量少于对照组(P0.05)。结论超导可视联合米索前列醇用于初孕妇无痛人工流产术有助于扩张宫颈及减少术中术后出血量,预防并减少手术并发症的发生,安全有效,值得推广。

Clinical observation of superconducting visual painless induced abortion combined with misoprostol for primigravida

Objective To study the clinical effect of superconducting visual painless induced abortion combined with misoprostol for primigravida. Methods 160 cases with 6 ~ 10 weeks pregnancy in The Zalandun People＇s Hospital from Sep. 2010 to Sep. 2011 who undergone induced abortion voluntarily were chosen. All cases were randomly divided into observation group which took Misoprostol in the superconducting visual painless induced abortion and control group which only took superconducting painless visual induced abortion. Observation group took 200l.~g Misoprostol 2 hours before operation, and the effect of cervical dilatation operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incidence of operative complications were observed. Results Cervical completely dilatation in the observation group was significantly effective compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The difference of intraoperative blood loss between two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Superconducting visual painless induced abortion combined with Misoprostol is a safe and worthy popularizing method for primigravida, which could be helpful for cervical dilatation, reducing intraoperative blood loss, preventing and reducing operative complications.
