The expression of nuclear transcription factor Kb in rat model of intrauterine adhesions

Abstract:Objective To build rat model of intrauterine adhesions,to detect the expression of NF - Kb p65 in uterine tissue and plasma, and to explore the relationship between NF- Kb and intrauterine adhesions. Methods Rat intrauterine adhesions model was set up by phenol mucilage. Histologic changes of uterine were monitored by hematoxylin eosin, NF- Kb p65 protein expression of semi -quantitative and location in the rat endometrium were assessed by immunohistochemical staining. The changes of NF - Kb p65 mRNA expression were assayed by real - time PCR, NF - Kb p65 protein expression in the blood was detected by ELISA. Results The NF - Kb p65 protein was located in the nucleus, the expression of NF - Kb p65 protein of the intrauterine adhesions group was significantly higher than that of normal group and control group ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , no significant difference was found between normal group and control group ( P 〉 O. 05 ) ; The p65 mRNA of NF - Kb of the intrauterine adhesions group expressed significantly higher than that of normal group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and no significant difference was found between normal group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; The expression of NF - Kb in blood of intrauterine adhesions group were significantly higher than that of normal group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and no significant differenceswas found between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion adhesions model increased obviously which indicated NF - Kb mediated inflammatory factors.
