热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染伴发热的疗效观察

目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组。治疗组给予热毒宁注射液每日10mid次，静脉滴注；对照组给予病毒唑，每日10～15mg／kg。静脉给药治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效和症状体征缓解时间。结果：治疗组总有效率为95％，对照组为85％。两组患儿总有效率、退热时间和症状消失时间方面比较，治疗组优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染伴有发热者疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广运用。

Observation of Therapeutic Efficacy of Re Du Ning Injection on Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection Associated with Fever in Children

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy Re Du Ning injection（for releasing heat toxin）on acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever in children. Methods：80 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever were randomized into control and treatment groups. In treatment group, Re Du Ning injection was infused intravenously, 10 mL/ time per day. In control group, ribavirin was administered intravenously, 10-15 mg/kg per day. It was to observe the clinical efficacy and releasing time of symptoms and physical signs in two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and was 85% in control group. In comparison of the total effective rate, antipyretic time and disappearance of symptoms between groups, the outcomes of treatment group were superior to those in control group, indicating significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Re Du Ning injection presents significant efficacy on acute upper respiratory tract infection associated with fever in children, with less adverse response ;thus ,this therapy is worth to be promoted in clinical application.
