| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺结合康复训练治疗中风后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组运用针刺风池、天柱、通里及廉泉结合康复训练的方法治疗，对照组运用康复训练方法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95．0％，对照组有效率为71．9％，两组比较有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论针刺结合康复训练能提高中风后吞咽障碍的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this article is to investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training for treating postapoplectic dysphagia.Methods The patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture of points Fengchi, Tianzhu, Tongli and Lianquan plus rehabilitation training and the control group, only by rehabilitation training.Results The total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 71.9% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can improve the curative effect on postapoplectic dysphagia. |
