床边交接班工作流程在外科腹部手术患者中的应用

目的 探讨客观、准确、安全的临床交接班工作流程和方法.方法 应用企业流程再造管理工具,规范护士床边交接班工作内容.选择外科腹部手术患者120例随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组应用流程图表交接班,对照组仍按传统口头交接班模式,比较两组实施效果.结果 护士对两组术后患者病情掌握情况、护理措施到位率、并发症的预防及发生率、两组术后患者满意度等进行比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 规范化床边交接班工作流程能有效确保患者安全,提高护理质量.

Application of nursing shift handover process bedside patients with abdominal operation

Objective To explore the objective, exact and safe procesure and method of clinical shift handover. Methods To standardize the working process of nursing shift handove bedside patients using the reengineering manageable means of business procesure. One hundred and twenty patients who have received the abdominal operation were randomly allocated to a treatment group(60 cases) and a control group(60 cases). The treatment group were treated by nursing shift handover using the charts of technological process, while the control group were treated the traditional model by oral. The effects were compared. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( all P < 0. 01) in terms of following items: mastering patients' condition after operation, the prevention of complications and incidence rate and patients' satisfactory degree.Conclusions It can ensure the safety of patients efficiently and improve the nursing quality by standardization nursing shift procesure on the bedside.
