磁共振成像对宫颈癌的诊断与分期研究

目的 探讨MRI在宫颈癌诊断和分期中的临床价值：方法回顾性分析了35例宫颈癌患者的MRI分期，并与临床分期和手术结果对照。结果 MR能清晰显示宫颈癌的准确部位、实际大小、以及与周围的关系。对Ib-Ⅳ期宫颈癌MRI术前分期的准确度为78．6％（22／28）。对宫旁浸润区分的准确度为94．3％，特异度为958％，敏感度为90．9％。结论官颈癌的MR诊断与分期明显优于临床，能为手术方案的制定提供依据。

MR diagnosis and staging of cervical carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MR imaging in the diagnosis and staging of cervical carcinoma. Methods MRI findings and staging in 35 patients with cervical carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of clinical,surgical and pathologic findings. Results The accurate location,true size,and relationship with adjacent structures of cervical carcinoma could be clearly demonstrated by MR imaging. The accuracy of MR staging of Ib-IV cervical carcinoma was 78.6 %,Its accuracy,specificity and sensitivity for parametrial invasion were 94.3 %,95.8 %and 90.9 %,respectively.Conclusion MR imaging is superior to clinical evaluation in the staging of cervical carcinoma,and MR staging can provide the basis for the surgical planning.
