盐酸度洛西汀与盐酸文拉法辛治疗躯体化障碍的疗效比较

目的：比较盐酸文拉法辛与盐酸度洛西汀治疗躯体化障碍的疗效和安全性。方法：将100例躯体化障碍患者随机分为盐酸文拉法辛组50例和盐酸度洛西汀组50例，治疗6周；采用HAMD、HAMA和SCL-90评定临床疗效，TESS评定不良反应。结果：治疗满第2、4、6周时盐酸文拉法辛组显效率分别为50％、69．5％、76％；盐酸度洛西汀组为51％、70．2％、78．7％。两组同期比较疗效无显著差异（P〉0．05）。盐酸度洛西汀组出现不良反应是头晕、嗜睡，恶心，头痛，食欲下降，哈欠、疲乏；盐酸文拉法辛的不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐，出汗，头昏，食欲下降，便秘等，盐酸文拉法辛引起不良反应相对突出。结论：两药均是治疗躯体化障碍的有效药物且疗效相当，可作为躯体化障碍治疗的一线药物。

Comparisons of Duloxetine and Venlafaxinein in the treatment of Somatization disorder

Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety of Venlafaxine and Duloxetine in treatment Somatization disorder. Methods： 100 patients with Somatization disorder were randomly assigned to two groups, and every group was 50 cases. Then they were treated for 6 weeks, and all patients were investigated with HAMA, HAMD, SCL - 90 and TESS. Results： The efficiency of Venlafax- ine group in the 2nd, 4nd, 6nd week was 50%, 69.5% and 76%. The efficiency of Duloxetine group was 51%, 70.2% and 78. 7%. There was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The side reaction of Duloxetine were dizziness, nausea, headaches, appetite decrease, yawning and tired, The side reaction of Venlafaxine included nausea, vomiting, sweating, dizziness, decreased appetite and 3 cases of constipation. The side reaction of Venlafaxine was more apparent. Conclusions： The Curative effect of the two drugs was quite in treatment of Somatization disorder. They can be used as first - line drug in treatment of Somatization disor- der.
