浅谈免疫比浊法技术优势

摘    要:目的:了解免疫透射比浊法和免疫散射比浊法的优缺点。方法:通过检测免疫透射比浊法和免疫散射比浊法的灵敏度和精密度及比较两者的优缺点。得知两者的优势。结果:免疫透射比浊法比免疫散射比浊法具有很多优势。结论:免疫透射比浊法比免疫散射比浊法具有很多优势。但免疫透射比浊法存在灵敏度较低的问题,至开发出了胶乳增强技术,抗原抗体结合发生凝聚反应,这种技术变非均相反应为均相反应,大大的提高了灵敏度,这就使该技术有更好的应用优势。

Abstract:Objective:Understands the immunity transmission turbidimetric method and the immunity scattering turbidimetric method good and bad points. Methods:And compare both through the examination immunity transmission turhidimetric method and the immunity scattering turhidimetric method sensitivity and the accuracy the good and bad points. Knows both the superiority. Results: The immunity transmission turbidimetric method has very many superiority compared to the immunity scattering turbidimetric method. Con- clusions: immunoturbidimetric method immune nephelometry has many advantages. But the turbidimetric immunoassay method has a lower sensitivity of the issue, to develop latex enhanced technology, antigen antibody binding coacervation reaction (2), this tech- nique becomes heterogeneous reaction is homogeneous reaction, greatly improves the sensitivity, which makes the technique has better application advantage.
