舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗强迫症30例的临床观察

目的：探讨舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗强迫症的疗效和安全性。方法：将60例强迫症患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予舍曲林和丁螺环酮治疗，对照组单用舍曲林治疗。观察12周，使用Yale—Brown强迫量表（Y—BOCS），汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估其疗效；以治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）和有关的实验室检查评定不良反应。结果：治疗后两组患者的Y—BOCS评分均明显下降，但治疗组起效更快、总体治疗效果较好，两组之间差异存在显著性（P〈0．01）。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论：舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗强迫症起效较快，不良反应较轻，总体治疗效果优于单用舍曲林。

A clinical study of combination of Sertraline and Buspar in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder

Objective： To explore the curative effects and safety of combination of Sertraline and Buspar in the treatment of ob- sessive -compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods：Sixty patients with refractory OCD were randomly assigned into two groups. Research group was treated with Sertraline and Buspar, and the control group with Sertraline alone for 12 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated with Yale - Brown obsessive compulsive scale （ Y - BOCS）, Hamilton anxiety scale （ HAMA）, and the side effects were evaluated with treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） and related lab data. Results： The scores of Y - BOCS, I-IAMA were decreased in both groups, but they decreased more significantly in the research group with Sertraline and Buspar （P 〈 O. 01 ）. And also, the drugs took effect more quickly in the research group. No significant differences were found in the side effects between two groups. Conclusions： Sertraline combined with Buspar in the treatment of refractory OCD has better efficacy and takes effect more quickly than Sertraline with light side effects.
