便秘患者抑郁的相关因素调查分析及护理对策

[目的]了解便秘患者的抑郁情况及影响因素,提出护理对策.[方法]用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对97位便秘患者进行心理测评.[结果]97例便秘患者中有抑郁症状者为67人,占69%,无抑郁症状者为30人,占31%.女性便秘患者的SDS得分显著高于男性(t=2.119,P=0.037).体质量正常者、体质量过低者、超重者SDS得分间差异无统计学意义(P=0.066),但在体质量正常与超重便秘患者SDS得分间差异具有统计学意义(t=2.475,P=0.015).SDS得分在职业与民族之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]便秘患者同时伴有抑郁症状率较高,性别及体质量对抑郁情况有一定的影响.

Prevalence and the influencing factors of depression in patients with constipation

OBJECTIVE To assess the prevalence and the influencing factors of depression in patients with constipation.METHODS A study of 97 people with constipation were analyzed by SDS.RESULTS There were 67 patients with depression,equal to a rate of 69%.There were 30 patients without depression,equal to a rate of 31%.The mean score of SDS in female patients was significantly higher than male patients(t=2.119,P=0.037).There was no significant difference in the mean SDS score among the three different body weight groups(normal body weight,light body weight and high body weight)(P=0.066),but there was significant difference between normal body weight group and light body weight group(t=2.475,P=0.015).The SDS scores were not significantly different between patients of different occupations and different ethnic backgrounds(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with constipation have a high prevalence of depressive symptoms.Sex and body weight are the influencing factors.
