坦度螺酮与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的对照研究

目的：探讨坦度螺酮对广泛性焦虑症的疗效及不良反应。方法：将符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的82例患者随机分为坦度螺酮组和丁螺环酮组各41例，均治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和临床疗效总体量表（CGI）以及不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：坦度螺酮和丁螺环酮对广泛性焦虑症均有显著疗效，两组间差异无显著性（x2=0．186，P〉0.05），坦度螺酮组不良反应小于丁螺环酮组（x2=4．986，P〈0．05）。结论：坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效，不良反应小。

A comparative study of Tandospirone versus Buspirone in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of Tandospimne with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods：A total of 82 patients meeting the criteria of CCMD -3 for generalized anxiety disorder were randomly assigned to Tandospi- rone group （n =41 ） or Buspirone group（ n =41 ） for 6 weeks of treatment. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMA, CGI and TESS. Results： Both drugs had marked efficacy in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, and there had no significant difference between two groups. Tandospirone had significantly fewer side effects than Buspimne. Conclusions： Tandospirone is safe and effective with slight side effects for treating patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
