氯氮平合并改良电抽搐治疗难治性精神分裂症的对照研究

目的：评价氯氮平合并改良电抽搐（MECT）治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法：72例难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，联合治疗组36例，在服用氯氮平的基础上联合MECT治疗；单药治疗组36例，仅给予氯氮平治疗，观察8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评价疗效和不良反应。结果：联合治疗组显效率为55．6％，单药治疗组显效率为27．8％。联合治疗组的不良反应较少。结论：氯氮平联合改良电抽搐治疗难治性精神分裂症有效、安全。

A comparative study of Clozapine versus Clozapine combined with MECT in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the curative effects and safety of Clozapine versus Clozapine combined with MECT in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods：72 patients with refractory schizophrenia were randomly divided into combined group and single group, treated with Clozapine solely or Clozapine combined with MECT. Positive and Negative Syndromes Scale （PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate efficacy and side effect. Results： Effective rate was 27.8% in Clozapine group and 55.6% in combination group. Symptoms were significantly improved in combination group and side effects were less frequent in combination group. Conclusions： MECT augmented with Clozapine is effective and safe in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
