178例严重创伤死亡病例临床分析

[背景]通过分析178例严重创伤死亡病例高危因素及临床特点,探讨严重创伤患者救治策略.[病例报告]对178例急诊严重创伤死亡病例进行多因素回顾性分析,见受伤到达医院急诊室时间为15min～2h,平均为31min;死亡时间:现场死亡(伤后1h内死亡)96例(53.9%),早期死亡(伤后2～4h内死亡)75例(42.1%),伤后4～24h死亡7例(14.0%).[讨论]普及公众急救意识,提高医务人员对创伤患者的救治水平的同时应建立完整的急诊抢救室-手术室-急诊监护室-急诊病房的中心一体化模式,提高创伤救治效率.

Clinical analysis for 178 cases of severely injuries death

BACKGROUND To study the strategy of treating the severely injuries by analyzing the high-risk factors and clinical characteristics of 178 cases of severely injuries.CASE REPORTS 178 cases of severely injuries died in hospital were retrospectively analyzed with multiple factors.The arrival time from injuries to the emergency room was within 15 min-2 h,on the average of 31min,and the spot death died within 1h after the injuries was 96 cases(53.9%),early death died within 2-4 h was 75 cases(42.1%),and death time died within 4-24 h was 7 cases(14.0%).DISCUSSION The public first aid consciousness is popularized and medical personnel's ability for treating injured patients is improved,meanwhile a complete center integration system,emergency room-operating room-emergency intensive care units-emergency ward,should be established so as to promote the efficiency for treating the injuries.
