舍曲林、阿米替林治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的对照研究

目的：评价舍曲林治疗伴躯体症状的抑郁症的疗效。方法：对2006年1月～2008年1月我院门诊就诊的部分伴躯体症状的抑郁症患者共98例随机分为研究组（舍曲林组）49例和对照组（阿米替林组）49例，进行开放性平行对照研究，为期8周，采用HRSD、CGI量表评定临床疗效，以TESS评定不良反应。结果：舍曲林和阿米替林的显效率分别为65．9％和62．8％，无显著差异；治疗2周末、4周末舍曲林组HRSD减分率优于阿米替林组，差异显著（P〈0．01）；舍曲林组不良反应的发生率为18．1％，低于阿米替林组的35．19％。结论：舍曲林是一种疗效好、安全性高、不良反应少、效果稳定的治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的首选药物，适合于I}缶床广泛使用。

A comparative study of Sertraline vs Amitriptyline in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms

Objective ：To evaluate the efficacy of Sertraline in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms. Methods： A total of 98 outpatients who had ever come to our hospital from . Jan. of 2006 to Jan, of 2008 were divided into two groups randomly. One group （49 cases） were treated with Sertraline and the other group （49 cases） were treated with Amitriptyline for eight weeks. The clinical effect was measured with Hamilton depression rating scale for depression （HRSD） and Clinical Global Impression（CGI） . The side effect were assessed by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results： The significant improvement rate of Sertraline was 65.9% and the improvement rate of Amitriptyline was 62.8%. The efficacy of Sertraline was similar to Amitriptyline. There were significant difference between the scores of HRSD after treatment for two and four weeks （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. The reducing score rate of Sertra- line was superior to Amitriptyline. The side effect rate of Sertraline was （ 18, 1% ） lower than the rate of Amitriptyline （35.19%）. Conclusions： Sertraline is a principal drug with good efficacy, high safety and less side effects suitable for widely applied to the treat- ment of depression with somatic symptoms.
