| 摘 要： | 我院自１９７９～１９９１年共行食管癌切除，食管胃颈部吻合术１０８７例。术后吻合口并发症９２例，发生率８．５％，其中吻合口瘘５．６％、吻合口狭窄２．７％、吻合口颈动脉瘘０．２％。讨论了颈部吻合口并发症的原因和预防措施。

| Abstract: | From April 1979 to October 1991 ,1087 cases of esophageal carcinoma wereunderwent with esophagogastrostomy and reconstruction of the cervical esophagus。 Of the,92 instances had postoperative anastomotic complications ,an incidence of 8.5%includingcervical anastomotive leakage (5.6%) , stricture of anastomotive stoma.7)and carotidartery anastomotic fistula(0,2%).The causes and prophylactic measures of the anastomoticcomplications were discussed. |
