2004～2006年大连开发区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg、HBeAg检测结果分析

目的]了解大连开发区食品及公共场所从业人员的乙肝病毒感染状况。方法]对大连开发区食品及公共场所从业人员的健康体检资料进行分析。结果]2004～2006年共检测105074人,HBsAg阳性者4163例,HBsAg阳性率为3.96%。HBsAg阳性者中,HBeAg阳性1096例,阳性率为26.33%。其中,2004年HBsAg阳性率为4.16%,HB-sAg阳性者中HBeAg阳性率为29.77%;2005年分别为4.14%和25.73%;2006年分别为3.61%和23.82%。HBsAg、HBeAg阳性率,男性高于女性(P<0.01),各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),新从业人员高于已有从业人员(P<0.01)。结论]大连开发区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率与HBsAg阳性者的HBeAg阳性率都低于全国平均水平,且呈逐年下降的趋势。

Analysis of HBsAg、HBeAg Test Results among Employees from Catering and Entertainment Place in Dalian Development Zone from 2004 to 2006

Objective]To understand hepatitis B virus infection among employees from catering and entertainment place in Dalian Development Zone.Methods]Analysis was made on test data of employees from catering and entertainment place.Results]105 074 employees were tested from 2004 to 2006.There were 4 163 employees whose results of HBsAg were positive.The positive rate of HBsAg was 3.96%.There were 1 096 employees whose results of HBeAg were positive among the HBsAg positive cases.The positive rate of HBeAg was 26.33% among the HBsAg positive cases.The positive rate of HBsAg was 4.14% and the positive rate of HBeAg was 29.77% among the HBsAg positive cases in 2004.They were 4.14% and 25.73% in 2005,3.61% and 23.82% in 2006.The positive rate of HBsAg and HBeAg was higher in male than that in female(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in each age group(P<0.01).The positive rate was higher among new personnel than that the old personnel(P<0.01).Conclusion]The positive rate of HBsAg and the positive rate of HBeAg among HBsAg positive cases in Dalian development zone were lower than the average national level.The tendency of positive rate was going down.
