| 摘 要： | 目的分析Dieulafoy病致急性上消化道大出血的机制和介入治疗效果及应用价值。方法 2例急性上消化道大出血患者,经胃镜和血管造影确诊为Dieulafoy病,经微导管行胃左动脉明胶海绵和弹簧钢圈栓塞。结果 2例动脉造影均表现为胃左动脉分支造影剂外溢,经栓塞后止血成功。结论 Dieulafoy病是急性上消化道大出血的少见和重要的原因,介入治疗是一种安全、有效的急诊抢救措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathogenesis of bleeding caused by Dieulafoy lesions and to probe the efficacy and clinical value of interventional therapy.
