安徽阜阳农村冠心病患者危险因素分析

目的评价阜阳农村冠心病患者相关危险因素并探讨其与三支病变的关系。方法选择拟诊冠心病患者612例,经冠脉造影检查确诊冠心病300例,余作为非冠心病组,采用Logistic回归分析冠心病组及其亚组三支病变组相关危险因素。结果冠心病组与非冠心病组比较,年龄、性别、吸烟、高血压病、糖尿病、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇存在明显差异。三支病变与非三支病变组比较,糖尿病、年龄、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及脂蛋白（a）存在明显差异。Logistic回归分析显示糖尿病是冠心病最显著的独立危险因素,脂蛋白（a）为冠脉三支病变的独立危险因素。结论农村冠心病患者中糖尿病为最重要的危险因素。

Analysis of the risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease in Fuyang rural areas
