| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨16层螺旋CT尿路成像在检出血尿病因方面的价值.方法选取62例血尿患者行CTU尿路成像检查,后处理采用不同的重组方式,包括曲面重建、多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现.结果62例患者中,病因检出率85.4％,包括泌尿系肿瘤19例,结石26例,炎症及结核5例,肾、输尿管先天畸形3例.结论16层螺旋CT尿路成像在...
