| 摘 要： | 目的:调查糖尿病肾病领域中医专家对糖尿病肾病中医证候的看法,探讨糖尿病肾病的中医证候特点。方法:采用德尔菲法,通过3轮问卷调查,将专家对糖尿病肾病中医证候的认识进行归纳、整理、总结、反馈、再总结。结果:气阴两虚兼血瘀是糖尿病肾病基本证候,而随着病期的进展,脾肾阳虚、阴阳两虚以及浊毒、水湿等证候增加。结论:基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查能很好地总结专家在糖尿病肾病的诊治经验,对中医疗效评价体系的建设具有一定的意义。
