| 摘 要： | 《黄帝内经》多篇章曾明确提出腧穴数目有365个,但屡经争论,至今仍未确定符合《黄帝内经》本意的这365穴。据笔者统计,《黄帝内经》中出现的与当今362正经穴匹配的有155个。虽然各朝代正经腧穴的数目都有或多或少的变化,但仍在365左右徘徊,而未被归经的奇穴或效应点的数量却迅猛增长并广泛用于临床。经络理论为腧穴的发展起了提纲挈领的作用,同时也制约着腧穴的发展,了解腧穴渊源,理解腧穴涵义,完善经穴标准,有助于腧穴与经络等理论的发展。
