| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找一种有效的提取分离白益母草总生物碱的方法,测定样品中总生物碱及盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法:70%乙醇提取总生物碱,采用SP825树脂将生物碱类物质与黄酮类物质分离,无水乙醇纯化总生物碱;采用比色法测定样品总生物碱含量,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定样品中盐酸水苏碱含量。结果:白益母草总生物碱含量为12.33mg/g;所得纯化样品中总生物碱含量为32.08%,盐酸水苏碱含量为30.01%;纯化固体物收率为77.48%。结论:该法操作简便,提取分离效率高,可为后续的富集纯化工作打下良好基础;研究发现白益母草生物碱类物质的主要成分是盐酸水苏碱,约占总生物碱的93%。
