| 摘 要： | 探讨《针法穴道记》一书中针灸对于"时症"、"羊毛痧"、"中风"、"小儿惊风"等急症的救治方法,重点介绍该书的诊疗特色即临床注重急症救急首重刺血、重视风关穴治疗小儿惊风以及治痧之要勿忘痧筋等治疗理念与方法,并结合现代针灸临床实践对该书所述理念及方法加以评价,指出其刺血治痧等治疗方法在现代临床中的实用价值及其在现代中风病、带状疱疹后神经痛等治疗中的进一步扩展应用。该书突出了针灸在急症治疗中的重要性,对现代针灸临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。
