| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除及术中胆道造影的方法。方法对2005年3月至2009年9月行腹腔镜下胆囊切除＋术中胆管造影的18例慢性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术中造影失败但经胆囊管切口见胆总管内泥沙样结石流出1例,造影发现胆总管结石1例,腹腔镜下胆囊切除16例,中转开腹行胆囊切除＋胆总管切开取石T管引流2例。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除＋术中胆管造影具有创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快等优点,并可了解肝外胆管有无变异,减少了胆道损伤和胆总管探查的几率。
