| 摘 要： | 通过对历代医家脾阴虚证医案的研究,从中发现并总结脾阴虚证的证治规律,对丰富脾阴学说及指导脾阴虚证临床诊治有重要意义。脾阴虚证医案集中出现于明清医籍中,病种涉及临床各科,对于久治不愈的各类疾病,若能考虑从脾阴虚立法,或能收到奇效。
