单隧道自体股薄肌腱移植重建内侧髌股韧带治疗髌骨不稳定

目的探讨单隧道自体股薄肌腱移植内侧髌股韧带（MPFL）重建术治疗复发性髌骨外脱位及半脱位的手术方法及临床疗效。方法选择选择经临床检查确诊的髌骨外脱位及半脱位患者23例（31膝）．在膝关节镜监视下行单隧道自体股薄肌腱移植重建内侧髌股韧带（MPFL）的基础上，配合髌外侧支持带切开松解、小切口胫骨结节内移等手术治疗。手术前后均对患者的膝关节功能进行Lysholm评分。结果随访7～17个月．平均10个月．术后膝关节稳定性增加，无髌骨再脱位发生，恐惧试验为阴性。Lysholm评分术前平均72．6＋4．5，术后平均92．7±4．1。结论单隧道自体股薄肌腱移植重建内侧髌股韧带（MPFL）治疗髌骨不稳定能有效防止其复发．对维持髌骨的稳定有重要作用．
