| 摘 要： | 目的总结伴有中央颞区棘波的小儿良性癫痫（BECT）临床治疗的效果。方法分析65例BECT患儿抗癫治疗后的预后和脑电图变化。结果本组发病年龄为：2-12岁60例,占总数的92%,13-14岁5例,占总数的8%。65例发病与睡眠相关。剥夺睡眠后视频脑电（V EEG）描记发现：发作间期视频脑电图有一侧或双侧中央颞区棘（尖）波。65例患儿经过治疗后临床和脑电图有三种结局：有39例临床症状消失,VEEG正常,智力正常;有17例临床症状消失,VEEG异常,智力稍微下降;9例临床症状存在,VEEG异常,智力明显下降,3例自行停药诱导发作。结论 BECT患儿正规的抗癫痫治疗反应良好,预后良好。
