摘    要:目的:对枳壳生品及不同炮制品中辛弗林的含量进行考察。方法:色谱柱为E1823028 C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.01mol/L盐酸(52:48),柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长285nm。结果:樟帮炮制品中的辛弗林含量低于药典法炮制品。结论:枳壳不同炮制品的内在质量有明显差异。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the contents of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii and its processed products.Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: E1823028 C18 Column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase of methanol-0.01%chlorhydric acid(volume ratio of 52:48),the column temperature at 30℃,flow phase rate being 1.0mL/min and detection wavelength at 285nm.Results: Synephrine contents of the product processed by Zhang-Bang method were lower than that of by Pharmacopoeia method.Conclusion: There is a significant difference in intrinsic quality among various processed products of Fructus Aurantii.
