| 摘 要： | 目的 观察EMA/CO方案治疗耐药及高危妊娠恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效及毒副反应.方法2007年2月至2010年2月,采用EMA/CO方案治疗耐药及高危妊娠恶性滋养细胞肿瘤20例,其中初治患者18例,耐药患者1例,复发患者1例.结果该方案治疗20例妊娠恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者,16例完全缓解,总完全缓解率为80％.其中,侵蚀性...
