| 摘 要： | 文章对有关血管老化与络病的文献进行了梳理,认为随着多种心血管疾病的发展,如高血压病、高脂血症、冠心病以及糖尿病等,都会出现共同的病理基础——血管老化。络病是多种慢性疾病以及疑难疾病发展到一定阶段出现的病理转归,反映着疾病发展的一般规律。络脉与血管在生理功能上密切相关,而血管因年龄增长或疾病因素导致的血管老化与脉络由虚致损、致瘀而形成的络病也有很高的相关性。这提示从治疗络病的思路对血管老化进行防治,以达到防治多种心脑血管疾病的目的是一个可行的思路,反之也可以从抑制血管老化的角度入手治疗络病。
