| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨部分肺功能不全的开胸手术患者围术期处理方法.方法对2000年1月至2010年1月我科54例合并肺功能不全的开胸患者行充分围术期准备及积极的术后治疗.其中行肺叶切除术16例,肺楔形切除术2例,左进胸食管癌或贲门癌根治术34例,纵隔肿瘤切除术2例.术后均在ICU监护治疗.结果全组无手术死亡病例.出现术后并发症22...
