| 摘 要： | 目的:研究40种中药多糖成分与中药寒热药性的相关性。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取中药多糖,用三氟乙酸彻底水解成单糖,以1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮进行衍生化,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定多糖的单糖组成,利用Fisher方法分析实验结果。结果:Fisher法建立判别函数。判别函数常数项为4.35146,判别函数为Y=4.35146+系数×X保留时间。计算判别函数得分,得分为正值判为寒性中药,为负值判为热性中药。判别结果显示,只有寒性中药甘遂和天冬判别错误,其余均判别正确,组内回代一致率为95%。结论:中药寒热药性与多糖成分存在相关性,多糖成分是表征中药寒热药性的影响因素之一。
