| 摘 要： | 研究河南产白花前胡的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和ODS柱色谱法分离、纯化,根据质谱、核磁共振等波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个香豆素类化合物,分别为:①白花前胡甲素(±)praeruptorin A(Pd-Ⅰa)];②伞形花内酯(umbelliferone);③前胡醇(-)-peucedanol];④6-甲氧基当归素(sphondin);⑤氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin);⑥水化氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin hydrate)。结论:化合物4-6均为首次从白花前胡中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the chemical constituents in roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum.Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS,and identified by NMR,MS spectroscopic methods.Results: Six coumarins,①(±) praeruptorin A(Pd-Ⅰa)];②umbelliferone;③(-)-peucedanol;④sphondin;⑤oxypeucedanin;⑥oxypeucedanin hydrate were isolated and identified.Conclusion: Compounds 4-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
