| 摘 要： | 证是中医学理论体系的核心,中医药治疗疾病的特色在于辨证论治,但临床辨证的不规范、不客观影响着中医药疗效的评价并阻碍中医学的研究及发展。具有整体性、动态性特点的蛋白质组学与中医学"证"的特点相符合,将其运用于肾病中医证候的研究中,对于探讨肾病证候的证本质、证候演变规律及疗效确切的经方、验方的作用机制,促进中医药现代化具有重要意义。
