| 摘 要： | 历代医家对老年性痴呆(AD)病因病机的认识包括脑髓消减、五脏损伤以及痰浊瘀血等方面,治疗以益肾填精,化痰通络为主。随着医学发展以及人类寿命的增长,现代中医对痴呆的病因病机具有新的认识,认为具有神经元毒性作用的Aβ属于"内生毒邪"范畴,细胞膜属于"气络"范畴,"毒损脑络"也是AD的重要病机,清热解毒药物也更多的应用于AD的治疗。

| Abstract: | Ancient physicians’ understanding of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)pathogenesis,included the brain and marrow abatement,phlegm and blood stasis,and damage internal organs and so on.The main treatment included Kidney tonifying,phlegm and blood stasis eliminating.As medical advances and the growth of human life,the modern TCM has a new understanding of dementia pathogenesis: Aβ which has toxic effect on neurons belongs to endogenous toxin category,and the cell membrane belongs to network category.The toxin damaging brain network is also an important pathogenesis of AD.Drugs with the function of heat and toxicity clearing are also used in the treatment more and more. |
