| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气活血中药对大鼠右肺辐照后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:54只Wistar种雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)6只、单纯照射组(B组)24只、照射加中药组(C组)24只。6MV-X直线加速器对B、C组大鼠右肺进行分次照射(5Gy/次,1次/周,总剂量30Gy),于照射后第6、8、12、26周处死,每组各6只大鼠,A组6只于第6周末处死,取抗凝全血进行流式细胞检测CD4+、CD+8、CD4+/CD+8的动态变化。结果:B组大鼠各时相点外周血CD4+/CD+8比值下降,显著性低于A组(P<0.05)。C组大鼠各时相点外周血中CD4+/CD+8比值均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血中药具有减轻大鼠右肺辐照后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的损伤作用且有助于恢复。
