| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大枣多糖对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致大、小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:采用第1、4、7天灌服0.2%CCl4花生油液造小鼠肝损伤模型,第1、5天大鼠皮下注射25%CCl4花生油液造大鼠肝损伤模型;大、小鼠眼眶取血测血清ALT水平,取大、小鼠肝脏作病理切片,观察肝脏的病理变化。结果:给小鼠灌服0.2%CCl4或大鼠皮下注射25%CCl4可成功建立肝损伤模型。大、小剂量大枣多糖均可显著降低小鼠及大鼠肝损伤模型血清ALT水平,显著改善大、小鼠肝脏病理变化。结论:大枣多糖对CCl4所致大、小鼠肝损伤有好的保护作用。
