| 摘 要： | 血是构成人体和维持人体生命活动的基本物质之一,也是保证正常睡眠的物质基础。文章选择几本经典的中医古籍中有关"肝藏血、血舍魂"、血藏魂安等血与睡眠的关系方面的理论进行总结,探究"肝藏血、血舍魂"功能失调产生不寐的机理,为临床诊治不寐提供理论基础。
