摘    要:目的 了解纯顶螺旋藻多糖(SPP)对正常人和白血病患者LAK细胞活性作用,探讨螺旋藻作用机理。方法 以 Raji细胞(人B细胞白血病细胞株)为靶细胞,用^3H-TdR渗入法检测LAK细胞活性。结果 白血病病人LAK细胞活性降低;SPP可增强正常人和病人LAK细胞活性,且对正常人LAK细胞活性增强作用大于病人。结论 SPP可刺激LAK细胞活性,减少rIL-2用量。

Abstract:Objective: The effects of spirulina patensis polysaccharide (SPP)on the activities of lymphokine-activited killer (LAK ) cell from normal individuals and patients with leukemia were comparized. Mechanism of SPP'S immunological effection was studied. Methods: With Raji cells being target cell,LAK cell activity was determined by 3H-TdR release assay' Results:LAK cell activity was lower in patients with leukemia than in normaI individuals. SPP could increase LAK cell activity both normal individuals and patients with leukemia. It was higher LAK cell activity after adding SPP in normal individuals than patients with leukemia. Conclusion: SPP is able to stimulate LAK cell activity and to decrease rIL-2 quantity in LAK cell activation.
