中空加压螺丝钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折212例

对应用中空加压螺丝钉治疗的２１２例病人进行回顾性研究，以期了解中空加压螺丝钉治疗后骨折愈合、股骨头缺血坏死及晚期塌陷的情况。方法将病人年龄，性别、骨折类型，受伤至手术时间，骨折复位情况与肌骨头缺血坏死及晚期塌陷之间的相关关系进行统计学分析。结果中空加压螺丝钉内固定后股骨颈骨折愈合率达９５％。

Treatment of 212 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture with compressed hollow screws

Objective To retrospectively observe 212 cases of femoral neck fracture treated with compressed hollow screws in order to analyze fracture healing, ischemia, necrosis and late collapse of femoral head. Methods Five factors including age, sex, fracture type (severity), surgery time and reduction quality of patients were studied statistically to find out their correlation with ischemia, necrosis and late collapse of femoral head. Results Statistical results showed the factors which definitely influenced the prognosis from the most severe to the least were severity of fracture, reduction of fracture and patient's age. With fixation of compressed hollow screws, healing rate of femoral neck fracture was as high as 95%. In the young group, prognosis was not very satisfactory. Conclusions Compressed hollow screws fixation is a reliable method for the treatment of femoral neck fracture with a high healing rate. Severity of the fracture directly influences the prognosis. The principles for the treatment of femoral neck fracture are early treatment, anatomic reduction and rigid fixation.
