四联微创疗法治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出定的临床实验研究

目的：经皮穿刺四联微创疗法与常规保守治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果的对比研究。方法：选取50例脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者，其中24例患者在DSA引导下病变椎间隙行四种疗法联合治疗作为实验组，其余26例行常规保守治疗作为对照组。两组患者治疗后1个月，3个月时进行的随访，比较VAS评分、主观满意度评分、优良率、平均住院时间、平均恢复日常生活时间等。结果：两组优良率比较、平均住院时间、平均恢复日常时间有显著统计学意义。结论：四联微创疗法治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症与传统保守治疗相比疼痛缓解程度更强，近期疗效更加确切，住院时间短，恢复日常生活快等优良。

Clinical Experimental Study of Four Combined Minimally Invasive Techniques for Sequestered Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective： To comparatively study the clinical efficacy of tbur combined minimally invasive techniques and conservative therapy for sequestered lumber disc herniation. Method： 50 patients with sequestered lumber disc herniation were selected, among them 24 cases in study group received combination of lbur types of microsurgeries via DSA in lesioned vertebral space. The remaining 26 cases in control group just received conservative therapy. Both groups were followcd up 1 month and 3 month, and evaluated based on efficacy of therapy, average hospitalization period, average period of return to daily life. Result： There is no statistical significance （P〉0.05） before surgery. After surgery, there is statistical difference in clinical efficacy （VAS score P〈0.05）, average hospitalization period （VAS score P〈0.05）, average period of return to daily life （VAS score P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comparing the combination of four types of microsurgeries and conservative therapy for sequestered lumber disc herniation, microsurgery has feature of better pain relieving, confirmed short term efficacy, short period of hospitalization, fast return to daily life.
